Here I will help you tailor your workout plan to your needs.
For example, if you feel like you could do elevated push-ups but can't do pistol squats, then replace your push-up routine with the elevated push-up, and keep performing your current choice of squats.
Feel free to pick and choose, and scale your workout routine up or down to match and maximise your needs. If you can only do 3 diamond push-ups, and 10 regular push-ups, it's still a good idea to replace the regular push-ups with diamond push-ups, as the best way to get better at diamond push-ups is to do them.
If you have weights at home, such as dumbbells, you can hold them in your hands while you perform squats.
If you have plated-weights, or similar flat weighted objects at home, you can ask a friend to place it on your back and spot for you while you perform planks.
